hehe thanks for answering that anyways. I enjoyed reading your reply and you make a good point. I had a client with a similar problem, it was a little pom that just didn't like to go outside in the winter. With enough vigilant work, they were able to re-teach the dog the house rules. It all came down to pretty much making sure they watched the dog at all times so he didn't have the opportunity to go to the washroom some where behind their backs.

Is he just not peeing when he's outside, or is he choosing not to even go outside? If that's the case, sometimes you just have to force your dog out for those 4 or 5 minutes, have them do their business, and get them back into the house and under a blanket

Default Training

hi
i agree with letty, i personally dont have expeirience with an electric colar but i consulted my trainer after i read this post. the only dogs that i have seen that were trained with such a colar were unhandble, verry bad tempered dogs. by the sound of your dog it seems to me he is not like that and i wodnt do that to a dog because ther is a 10 chance he might be bad.
pain leads to pain
my trainer is an amazing trainer and i will gladly ask him anything, if you wish.
